Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://handsonhealthlabsmilwaukee.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Hands-On Health Labs markets and arranges Blood Draws, DOT Drug Testing, DNA Testing, Fingerprinting, Occupational Health Screening, Non-DOT Drug Testing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Hands-On Health Labs (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Hands-On Health Labs may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Hands-On Health Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Hands-On Health Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hands-On Health Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. WI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in WI.
Updates. Hands-On Health Labs reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
